IN-NETWORK WITH BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, AETNA, AND UNITED HEALTHCARE PLANS!

About My Work
If you’ve landed here, you’re likely looking for more than another magic bullet, meal plan, or surface-level advice. Many of the women I support are tired of cycling through practitioners, piecing together information online, and still feeling unsure about what their body actually needs.
I get it; I've been there myself. After healing from digestive and hormonal imbalances that rocked my world for over a decade, I now use evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine, and holistic modalities to help women understand what’s driving their symptoms and how to care for their health long-term.
My approach centers your lived experience and intuition first, with science used as a tool for education and understanding rather than something that overrides how you feel. Supportive and sustainable care means your plan fits into your life, not the other way around.
If you’re ready for a more thoughtful way forward, I’d love to connect.
